I would like to address that issue which is not correct.
Consensual snuff is very realistic and common we even are observing it today.
pretty much all you need to do is just to tell people that snuff is good and the majority will obey, some will rebel then just put half those in the leadership positions and make villains from another half.
A recipe for a perfect society :)

Looks like they don't have much of the reason to rebel. the world is like heaven for them :) where they can do anything they desire.

In that scenario, I imagine that rather than showing chaos some of those "rebels" would be more willing to prevent some people from dying for some reasons like for example if someone has a girlfriend who is about to die but they rather want to keep her.
