Meet Bill. He's a pompous bully who always gets what he wants, even if it means micromanaging his poor girlfriends' and wives' lives and stooping to a little extra violence.
Meet Jane. His new ex. She has just rejected him after he had choked her into unconsciousness. Jane is packing up her boxes and has a restraining order against Bill.

Bill is livid. He cares not for any stupid order. He will contact Jane whether she likes it or not.

Bill finds out that Jane has moved into a friend's house. No problem. He waits until she leaves the house to get some more boxes from the apartment they shared and he pounces. He muzzles her from behind and drags Jane kicking and squirming into his car, and he drives Jane for three hours into the woods in the middle of nowhere. He holds a gun on Jane, keeping her from bolting or mutiny. He parks the car and ties Jane's wrists together at gunpoint.

Bill then ties Jane's ankles together and presses a chloroform cloth to Jane's mouth, knocking her out.

Bill goes back and gets out his scissors. He does an artful job of cutting up Jane's clothes, so she is completely naked. Bill starts licking and fingering Jane and masturbating. He bides his time, caressing Jane, fondling her boobs, finger fucking her twat.

And now Bill simply drove off to clean up and hide his evidence. Jane is still alive, but very dazed and out of it. She is in great pain, and her squirming makes it worse. Blood is spilling out of Jane, and she seems to be fading.

Even still, it takes Jane a few hours to die...(as well as the help of a couple of buzzards picking at her neck).
