An idea I also posted in /req but i hope you dont mind i put here too:

a freeuse/freesnuff casual sex style world where a guy shows up at a elementry or middleschool right before it lets out, meeting up with the other parents/mothers waiting and chatting, the parents dont recognize him, and ask if he's new in town, who's his kid, ect, and he nonchalantly explains that he's just a pedophile looking for a new toy, and have the parents/mothers get interested in this, starting to vie for his attention and makeing sugestions of who he should take... either offering their own daughters, or the girl at the head of the class so it'll flatten the score average, or the bully girl who's picking on her kid, ect.
