I'm not really into male snuff, but I had this idea of female staff members(not necessarily a prison's) carting/handling a freshly-decapitated(or otherwise killed) body, stopping and watching as it's getting an erection, then cheering and clapping as it ejaculates. It only happens sometimes, after all! It deserves celebration. Or otherwise being playful about it. Maybe it happens more consistently. Death erection and its female equivalent seem interesting to explore in general.
