I like that.
Continuing the topic of legal loopholes reminded me of a story I once tried to write about Kirishima Mana from Evangelion spin-off game Girlfriend of Steel. The idea was that in the drastic conditions after the Second Impact they couldn't just ban child labor, and not only for the sake of someone having to do the work when half the humanity was wiped, but even for the sake of the children themselves, as many were orphaned and didn't have other means to survive but having to take a job. The law then was changed so that a person wasn't considered adult only if they reached a certain age, but could also become legally adult from other conditions, like having no choice but provide for themselves. Another such condition is if they marry, and marriage was still restricted by age like 14 or 16, however another loophole on top of it is the age restriction for marriage doesn't apply if you have a child. So then the story would go that while still being in elementary school Mana would get pregnant with the help of her two male friends (also from Girlfriend of Steel, don't remember the names now), however she was trying so hard she ended up pregnant with twins, each actually being from a different father. Both of the boys say they're willing to marry (after all that was the plan from the start for whichever happens to impregnate her to then marry her), however it's not like they can both do that at the same time. So the court then judges that as long as they're all willing to marry they should still be considered legally adults, as it's not their fault the two boys can't marry the same girl. This is how she becomes legally adult even though she's not married (which point isn't really a part of the loophole, but just to keep her free for a potential relationship with Shinji), and being legally adult then leads to her being able to be filmed in porn.
Also while I was typing that I remembered I once made a caption for a picture with Sakura and Tomoyo (from Cardcaptor Sakura) playing at a playground while having vibrators in their pussies. The idea was that it was a free use world, but the girls said they're still little girls and want to play, so they've found a loophole where putting vibrators in each other's pussies made them already in use by each other, so like this they can just freely play at the playground without having to be distracted by random guys using them.

I only pointed out that reason could exist in such a setting, I never said anything about reason appearing in MY stories ;-P
Torture festival, yes, I guess it did have some of art theme going in it. But a distinction here is that all these festival stories are usually more about fun than art, you visit such a festival like you would visit an amusement park, not like you would visit an art gallery. And of course fun is totally fine, I mean my own stories are mostly all focused on that same fun, but for variety's sake it would be cool to see some stories where it's treated more like art than like fun, such a setting seems to be underused, because the only example I can think of, again, is Polkan's Paradise of Pleasure", I very much like both the sculptures themselves in it (except as I'm sure I mentioned I would have preferred they were made from the actual bodies, more like in the ending of "More Tricks, More Treats!") and the attitude of the characters to them (treated as works of art, not as a game or amusement ride). I remember also a couple of stories with taxidermy for a museum, but that feels more like it's for science/education than for art, it just displays anatomy rather than make a work of art out of the body.
