That torture festival story was more like school graduation similar that "beheading ceremony" manga. So I it was like one of those japanese school festivals.

The main difference from your typical topic is that in this situation everything is done for amusement of other people rather than just playing with yourself. As in my story those girls are trying to provide entertainment to the guests. pretty much the same way as in Edvard Hyde stories where girls are thinking about how delicious they will be.
