Perhaps you've misunderstood a little, and maybe I've not written this so clearly in the story. This is not a free use world, and people generally don't kill themselves or others on a whim, though snuff is of course relatively normalized in this world. People will come to Death Park to experience snuff up close, because it's not an everyday type of thing. In that park the excitement is high, and due to the concentration of people gore and snuff is common. Thus, a lot of people might become more susceptible to the idea of partaking in very risky or deadly activities.

Necrophilia certainly happens, but not exclusively by any means. People like to have sex normally, and I imagine most would prefer this over doing it with a dead person. The reason while people do it is that it's still considered a bit taboo, and it's exciting and different to do it with for example a recently decapitated person, doing stuff like fucking their neck or head which isn't normally an option. Rejecting a girl because she's not dead would be a stupid reason. I'm not a huge necro fan though, so I won't be writing that much about the acts themselves.

Using bodies as decorations for a house of horrors is an excellent idea, kind of like in "All the Fun of the Fair" by Edward Hyde, which of course this story is heavily inspired by.
