well I think that quite different from Hyde and Aoi :) But it looks promising.
For now I don't see any story here rather just some pretty detailed world description which in my opinion is not necessary and even harmful because it raises many unnecessary logical questions on how that world can even operate and what problems it will have. So it makes me think how this will affect population as at that rate no children will be left alive but lots of adults and old people.

For consistency you should think something how to reduce amount of adults even more maybe some absurdly high teenage pregnancy rates causes by all that sex, some virus that reduces human lifespan a lot so that it is almost impossible to survive until 20 and remaining few adults get way too overwhelmed by the amount of children they are left with.

Or just make everyone immortal LOL
