With special tools that cut, pierce and singe, diners take and eat little pieces of her while she talks to them, sings, etc, with the goal of making her last as long as possible. Electrostimulating specific parts of the brain for certain effects is also an option.

Cannibalism in a restaurant setting or another one with strangers, but with ritual or tradition, whether it's the restaurant's own or something widespread in that culture. Maybe all the diners have to thank the severed head, or the female diners have to kiss it(maybe before the severing actually), or the blood from the neck is collected in a bowl that's passed around for everyone to mark themselves with it.
