This is great! You should separate lines of dialog from different characters, though.
"Hi Bob," Sally said.
"Hi Sally," Bob replied.
As opposed to:
"Hi Bob," Sally said. "Hi Sally," Bob replied.
Makes it easier to read, and it's the usual way dialog is formatted.
