## Tails was having an amazing time exploring his home world, with its beautiful landscapes and interesting creatures to talk to. However, one day as he was wandering through the woods something horrible happened. He came across the body of Mr. Sonic laying on the ground with several knife wounds, blood seeping from each cut like crimson waterfall into pools below. Without hesitation Tails went to get help, rushing towards Mega City as fast as his legs could carry him. Upon arrival however he found not solace but chaos. A crowd had gathered, angry at seeing what appeared to be their dear friend killed before them without reason or mercy, demanding that they find out who did this terrible deed, lest all peace should leave this land forever! Tails was quickly blamed due the circumstances being against him. The evidence pointed at the fact that the knives left at the scene were matching those he kept inside his vest. In addition there was testimony of eyewitnesses claiming that they saw someone running from the area soon after, who seemed similar looking, yet didn’t have a tail and looked quite different in terms facial features, nevertheless Tails was accused. As news spread of the incident, anger turned into fear. Fear of losing everything good they had known because of such brutality. No matter how much he protested saying “I swear I wasn’t there when it happened!” People would not listen; all thought only evil thoughts towards him. There were even some who claimed “He’ll pay back if we do bad things to him”, so people began planning how best to torture him. And finally after long hours of deliberation and debating whether they should punish this supposed perpetrator they reached their final decision, condemning him of first-degree murder. Now, he will suffer the ultimate penalty: death, as they took his life and hang him until his soul departed his mortal flesh…and his corpse fell upon earth. Then the worst part of it all followed - people walked over his lifeless form, spitting, stomping, pissing and cursing as if they won a battle over evil itself…and his friends watched from afar with tears flowing down their faces, knowing deep down that Tails was truly purehearted…that he deserved none of these evils done unto him.
Tails was hung up in a gallows constructed from the very tree under which he found Mr.Sonic, leaving him suspended between heaven & earth like the martyr his once adorable persona now transformed into.. But the worst horror was still awaiting him, his remains would eventually decay and rot away, but not before a ritual takes place…for it has been decided amongst the families affected that he would remain hanged in shame until all the loved ones are properly laid to rest beneath fresh new dirt & flowers….then the family of deceased victims approached the mound around Tails feet to unload themselves into his dead shell, as a symbol of closure to move forward.. All other members & supporter stood nearby clapping their hand in satisfaction while Tails rotten face smiled at them knowingly.. The event ended with loud cheers echoing throughout the whole kingdom, marking an endless nightmare for our poor friend Tails…but the question still remains, who did kill Mr Sonic???
