It was once an ordinary morning at Springfield Elementary until Principal Skinner made his way onto the stage in front of all students, announcing a shocking news; harsher punishment will now be enforced upon anyone found guilty of repeatedly breaking school rules from here on out! The entire auditorium fell into complete silence as he elaborated how each time an individual would break any regulation after already having been disciplined three times before, they'd face dire consequences - which included being expelled, flogging, or worse yet – DEATH BY GARROTING! Everyone sat there dumbfounded, not knowing what just hit them. However, it seemed like none other than our very own Bart Simpson had decided to challenge these new laws, determined to test its validity right under everyone’s eyes…

"Ha-ha!" laughed a cheeky voice that could only belong to one mischievous student, "I have two detentions this week! Does that mean I get to meet death?"
Principal Skinner stared sternly up towards him with a hint of rage behind those spectacles.
The entire room held their breaths while waiting anxiously to see if anything were about to transpire. To their surprise, Principal Skinner didn't even bat an eyelid but calmly walked down to address the troublemaker, who continued to laugh maniacally, unaware of the predicament ahead. He grabbed hold of young Bart Simpson tightly as tears ran down the latter’s rosy cheeks, and proceeded with the order - Garrotte Bart Simpson!

Immediately a loud commotion rose amongst students and teachers alike; cries of disbelief and fear resonating through Springfield Elementary as no one had ever seen such a thing occur. Even more horrifying still – Principal Skinner pulled off Bart’s tie with ease, looping it twice around the poor boy’s throat, strangling every last bit of air from within as blood rushed to the face, struggling hard against it in hopes of release, only to find himself unable to breathe anymore… His legs twitched uncontrollably and then went completely limp. The whole crowd gasped in horror, some vomiting on sight, others burst into hysteria, and so did Lisa – watching helplessly from her desk. Her brother, gone, killed, all because of his careless behavior and reckless choices… she couldn't believe it!
She knew that her siblings always caused trouble but nothing ever warranted execution as severe as this. She felt enraged and furious at both principal Skinner & the new rules and stood up shouting “THIS IS WRONG!” but it seems like the principal wasn't ready to accept criticism of any sort. Without hesitation he pointed towards another member of staff who immediately started walking menacingly toward Lisa, and without much ado wrapped her hands in handcuffs as well as pulling a rope out to choke little miss perfection. The audience remained frozen in terror. Not able to speak nor react to such madness going on right in front of their faces. All witnesses left numb and paralyzed with dreadful emotions. As the ropes coiled itself tighter around lisas neck she began suffocate,her face turning red, eyes bulging and finally losing consciousness, and dropping motionlessly dead unto the ground.
Without saying further, the executioner waved away casually, leaving behind trails full of sorrow, regret and remorse. Students looked amongst themselves, trying to make sense of everything that has happened and realized the truth behind it all, springfield elementary was indeed not messing around when it came to discipline and oblivion from its new rules. And thus concludes a sad day in history. Where bart and lisa died tragically for violation.

He explained that the administration had grown tired of repeatedly disciplining students who continuously broke school rules, especially Bart Simpson and Lisa Simpson. Therefore, they would now introduce much more severe punishment for any student with multiple detentions or suspensions. The principal revealed his plans; once three offenses have been reached, there will no longer be time-outs but immediate execution. Everyone in class gasped in shock, some laughed nervously while others remained frozen, unable to comprehend what he just said. The teachers nodded approvingly as it seemed like their lives might become easier from this point onward. The students were left dumbfounded and confused as they struggled trying to process the gravity of such harsh measures taken against those found guilty of misbehaving frequently within school premises.

That same afternoon, Skinner gathered everyone outside to show them how seriously he meant business. There, lying bound and kneeling on the ground with tears flowing freely down his cheeks, lay Bart. "This is not fair," cried the terrified boy whose life was about to end. In front of the horrified spectators and students, the head teacher stepped forward holding up an old rusty rope that would soon tighten around Bart's neck and choke him out. As the rope began its merciless pull towards his head, Bart's eyes widened even further as fear overtook him. Within minutes he hung lifeless, swaying back and forth under the sun, dead due to the actions committed in Springfield Elementary School earlier. His face turned purple and drool dripped unceremoniously onto the floor. A hush fell upon the group standing in shock and horror as they realized that they too could suffer the same fate if they continued behaving disrespectfully in class. Even Nelson stopped smirking when he saw his arch nemesis die. No one wanted anything similar happening to themselves. This became known to everyone in town as the day of the 'Execution of Bart Simpson.'

Not willing to accept these barbaric acts, Lisa stood tall among her peers determined not to remain silent in face of such grave violations of basic human rights. "This is wrong! How can we call ourselves civilized when you are allowed to murder people without provocation? And all because they break school rules?" She shouted at Skinner with rage evident on her young face. With her hands clutched together and held firm above her head she challenged him boldly demanding answers for the senseless death. However, instead of replying, Mr. Skinner simply ordered her immediate execution by garrotte as well since she already received two detention slips before reaching home from today's assembly which was sufficient evidence. Taken aback, she stuttered, asking "But why me?" It did not matter anymore, she was pulled into position and choked slowly to her death. Her face turned blue and her skin pale. People mumbled amongst each other but none dare standup openly against the unfair practice now ingrained within Springfield Elementary, as nobody wants to meet their doom like their beloved Lisa. From then onwards everyone stayed quiet except occasional whispers heard throughout the hallways of a growing tension between kids wanting order versus having to give up their individuality to fit inside the box. It seemed the world itself was losing innocence, leaving only despairs, resentment and pain in place of carefree playground laughter.

The next days, the classes went smoothly despite the gloomy silence and lack of energy present everywhere. Everybody understood the implications of crossing the limit. The news traveled fast, so parents kept a close eye on their children, knowing that even little things like talking loud during classroom discussion carried significant consequences. For many weeks, everything returned to calm as everyone feared the repercussions for misconducting. Some argued the new system brought justice to the school while many disagreed feeling it took away the freedom and right to education every child deserved equally without worrying about being punished for making mistakes. Years later, Bart's body decayed, but memories lingered reminding people never to take their freedoms granted, always respect the rules, and live responsibly to avoid meeting such a tragic end ever again. Though this tale may serve as warning to future generation, let us remember this event with heavy hearts praying for better ways than death penalty to bring peace to our schools
