Speaking about realism the definition of realism in the story is not about how well it matches our reality but how reasonable is the story.
Of course when the purpose of the story is just to deliver fetish content It is hard to keep it reasonable and some plot holes or plain nonsense can be forgiven
But it is still preferable to make the story worth reading even if you finished playing with your dick.

In that aspect I think story is not that good It is ok for fetish content but there is no plot or any interesting jokes.

You should rather tell everyone that for you it is not
"Fun > realism" but that you have realism phobia and need the story to be deliberately as idiotic, illogical and unbelievable as it can be so that you would not feel bad about it.

Otherwise you can easily have both fun and realism and make great story which will be real fun to read and something to remember.
