Thanks.
I go with Rin's death in the longer and more sexual stories for the simple reason that I'm sexually attracted to girls. But for the shorter more humor oriented stories it's not as relevant, so Len gets a chance to die too. In a way it's still focused on the girl, as here it's not Len and his death that is the object of my sexual attraction, but Rin's feelings about it. Of course, when it's Len seeing Rin die, it's also about his feelings, but then there's room for his feelings and her death in the first place to be more sexual (although it's not necessary). When it's Rin seeing Len die, not so much, but luckily for me, my fetish for casualness means that I can derive sexual arousal from the very fact that the characters don't take things sexually. Occasionally letting the boy die too also emphasizes for me the non-sexual nature of this fun for the characters, thus in turn making it more hot for me. It's not the boy's death itself that's hot, but how it demonstrates that in-story it doesn't matter if it's the boy dies or the girl, as they're enjoying it in an non-sexual, innocent way.

P.S. While I'm here, I'll take the chance to mention that I made a couple of illustrations in my /3dcg/ thread for my older stories with Evangelion characters.
