The point of the stories is people (not just women, the very first story features a boy) freely consenting, or not, to being subject to rules of free use. By definition this is not abuse nor rape, as informed and reasonably-presumed-enthusiastic consent has been given and communicated via universally understood means. (Yes, one can in theory just lose all their clothes. In practice they could just ask any passerby for something to put on themselves, especially anyone going naked - they do usually keep something in the bag in case they change their mind or want to avoid something specific as in the serial killer story. Sure, any given random person could be a rapist maniac, but if you ask loudly, there isn't really plausible deniability. This all isn't in the text, but eventually I think it will be as I write more and spell out more corner cases)
Suffering can express itself through many expressions, not just open mouthed screaming. Fear or sadness can be silent, someone can simply be too tired of screaming or crying to continue to vocalize.
In my stories, the characters are in pain, but are fine with it or enjoy it. Enjoying pain is called masochism; it can also apply to other negative emotions. One can get off on fear, humiliation, hopelessness. Not all the girls in my stories get what they want - going naked is a gamble, and one can lose. That still doesn't mean they are being raped or abused, any more than a person leaving a casino or a betting ring broke got robbed at gunpoint. Sometimes the thrill is in choosing to bet, regardless of the result.
I do intend to write more, but I was forcibly on mobile for a bit, and nothing kills inspiration as reliably as thumb typing, blegh. Thank yall for kind words and interest in my story ^^
