I personally only enjoy guro if it's consensual, where some twists on consent I like (a person going along with it like it's a normal thing, perhaps with mild coercion but nothing like what would be necessary for a 'sane average person' irl) and others I don't (anything with mind control or true coercion where the person is reacting to it normally and is just that cornered).
