Yes sufferings can be expressed through different expressions but this is one more reason why I assume this is consensual.

But one interesting issue with your stories is that characters never express any consent with words yes they are naked (as as we see bing naked does not necessarily implies consent but it can be thrill seeking/gambling ) but everything possible is done to make it look like nonconsensual event.
As in the last story Marrie did not even reply at all when she was asked to come along and you made extra effort this time to indicate that she does not want this to happen.

I am not fully sure if you understand Aoi fetish for idiotic stories.
as it is one thing if you make story that resembles something written by a person with schizophrenia you still can try to make sense of what is happening
and story characters can be the strangest people ever but still they have some kind of motivation and reasoning behind their actions and follow some logic.
But Aoi is trying to make any kind of rationalization impossible as even if there is some kind of loophole where it would be possible to make sense of what is going on he is trying to close that and make it absolutely irrational.
This not just some fantasy situation which can't happen in the real world it is the situation which cannot happen even in the fantasy world.
And this is not some diagnosis I was trying to collaborate with Aoi and we had discussion about the scenario where I was always trying to fix it and make it somehow rational without understanding that the whole purpose is to make it as irrational as possible as it is not a bug it is an essential feature.
I was suggesting like lets make characters to this because of that or because of this like maybe she is masochist or maybe she made a bet or maybe she wants to impress someone or whatever anything is good but for him the only acceptable reason is "they do it for fun" there cannot be any explanation even in some distant way and not even most ridiculous one as if there is any explanation possible at all he cannot enjoy the story.

And I have to say he even got better in that aspect as in the beginning his stories were a bit weird but still fine as casual guro.
Now he perfected a way to push that into the face so hard that it is inescapable.
