I think the meaning you assign to the word "logically" differs from the meaning literally everyone else in the world does. Also, the story is different before you get to the commentary - like I said, the layer of information is there, you're just not seeing it. It's a reading comprehension issue. We all see shrimp colors compared to you, or something.

Continuity in Boring Summer is maintained by the kids being in the same location, in the same situation, engaging in the same general kind of activity but without repeating any individual one, as though they are kids playing and exploring new things. True, reading your commentary provides additional information, as does reading Aoi's, but the story itself already suggests that all the events happen in the same continuity - including by being called "boring summer", providing a specific timeframe for the events as though they are all in the same universe in this period of time (which is a single summer, which is boring).

By contrast, Aoi's stories take place in different settings with different widespread attitudes towards death, the twins often repeat the same sentiments as if they're new, and their friends / classmates / family display different attitudes towards their antics in different stories. Even their own behavior does not match between stories - sometimes they go naked casually and sometimes they are dressed when outdoors, sometimes the idea of death is new to them and sometimes they play with it daily, with different attitudes towards injuries etc. You can't fit those stories into the same timeline in the same time and space, that doens't make any sense even with Len and Rin personally having amnesia of their most recent death - they have a different memory of their entire previous life from story to story!
