??? How is haivng mixed feelings about something "tsundere behavior"??? Have you never considered the upsides and downsides of anything in your entire life???
And that is exactly the trundere behavior if you cannot properly decide what you want
>Not caring about your own life while caring about dying in general is SUPER EASY in real life. Though it's generally not fun or sexy in real life context.
Now you used words in the wrong context
>Continuity in Boring Summer is maintained by the kids being in the same location, in the same situation, engaging in the same general kind of activity but without repeating any individual one, as though they are kids playing and exploring new things. True, reading your commentary provides additional information, as does reading Aoi's, but the story itself already suggests that all the events happen in the same continuity - including by being called "boring summer", providing a specific timeframe for the events as though they are all in the same universe in this period of time (which is a single summer, which is boring).
I see that as a lack of argument LOL
Boring summer is name if the series not of the story.
The fact that they stay in the same place does not mean anything as this is where they live Aoi's characters live in the city. and in the future there can be some other setting and other locations because this death and respawning process is actually a way to teleport to other places too.
There is barely any similarity in activities they do.
So your reading comprehension skills are far worse than mine LOL
>By contrast, Aoi's stories take place in different settings with different widespread attitudes towards death, the twins often repeat the same sentiments as if they're new, and their friends / classmates / family display different attitudes towards their antics in different stories. Even their own behavior does not match between stories - sometimes they go naked casually and sometimes they are dressed when outdoors, sometimes the idea of death is new to them and sometimes they play with it daily, with different attitudes towards injuries etc. You can't fit those stories into the same timeline in the same time and space, that doens't make any sense even with Len and Rin personally having amnesia of their most recent death - they have a different memory of their entire previous life from story to story!
I did not notice any of that because they are exact same characters exact same personality surrounded by the same characters. and behavior is exactly same
whether they go clothed or naked is not that big deal
Fitting his stories into the same timeline is even easier than mine because in my situation there are some hints give how they should be ordered if you try to out them into the same timeline while his stories can be ordered in any way.
also you should look at his image stories not at the text stories for proper comparison where you see how Rin and Len just die in some way then next post later they are good as new for another death As if they respawned in another location few minutes later.
Other characters also behave as if they already saw them dying like milion times and nobody in his stories ever expressed the idea that they will no longer exist
even when their mom of friends see them dead it is "oh, that again" attitude
there is absolutely no indication anywhere in the story that their death is permanent,
>Your interpretation just doesn't work with the text as written when it's the same characters getting transplated into a new setting every time 0.0
it does work even in any situation because it is totally possible that they are teleported into completely new setting.
as in the future this will happen with my characters as well
also either way my point was that in all those situation from the reader's perspective character are immortal they can be always brought back to life
yes you can bring them to another setting maybe make them look a bit different but they are same characters
It is just next step to make those characters aware of the situation sort of breaking the 4 wall a little for more story complexity.
the true death woud be if the character is so dead that it will never come back in any other story.
And I wonder how Aoi would react if he was told that once Rin or Len will die they cannot be used anymore in any new story.
