I've enjoyed what you've written here so far - and having more available girls really allows you to kill them a bit more indiscriminately, so I think it allows for a much better balance for you than constantly healing the girls being mutilated.

Also, I agree that extra spaces between paragraphs would make the reading experience much more enjoyable, and easier to read (the spacing you have between chapters should be used to separate smaller chunks into visually distinguishable paragraphs, possibly with an additional separator between chapters)
