I remember this one from several years ago, mid-to-late 2010s. OP has the title a bit wrong though, it was called "Luna Park X" and it *wasn't* the one with the twins. If memory serves Brett had a girlfriend in that one who accidentally kills another girl during a hang game (her head gets smashed somehow?), so he decides to let her dangle as punishment. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
