Only one small issue, but it's something that happens in every open chest story. The lungs don't inflate on their own. That's what your diaphragm is for. As soon as you open a girl's chest, her breathing will stop. Perhaps you can use this in your next story. You can still communicate with your willing victim if you read her lips. :)
