Well realistically she is unfortunately not going to explode blasting pieces of guts and shit all around :)
Unfortunately I had a chance to see how people die because of similar issues.

For the story it should be something else and less realistic

At this time I actually made version of my own story with slightly similar idea where girls drinks fake pregnancy pills :)
but she does not explode or die but gets close to that.

Probably there could be also another version with more gruesome ending.
maybe you have some ideas of your own?
