I would encourage you to take a step back since it seems you need to distance to help, but remember that you don't have to out do each previous chapter. You can take smaller steps to build to a finally instead.

It would seem the little snuff doll would need a break as she's made her pussy rather raw at this point... Give her a little break and then start to get setup. (Doesn't have to be hours, or anything, just a slightly less frantic chapter to build her anticipation.

But, by all means, I'm not you, this is not my story so I have no idea what you want it to be. Take this with that pile of salt and see where it takes you.

Based on what I've seen here, I'm sure any of the other story ideas you've got could be just as good as what you've started here.
