Not to pile on, but if you feel there are stories you'd want to read that are not being told, you're free to write them and post them, hopefully for others to enjoy them.

If you don't feel like you could do justice to those stories, you could even start your own thread pitching stories and asking if somebody would be interested in writing them.
Although I find that unlikely to work, you never know, maybe your ideas would be inspiring to others. I have stories that have been inspired by others.

In any case, I don't feel like scolding the authors that go out of their way to write the stories they like and even to share them with you for not telling the stories that YOU would like to read is a very clever approach.

The most you're likely to achieve is to discourage some of the very few that bother to write stuff.
