The part with the teacher and her profits was unnecessary and the part where it says she doesn't have consent from the parents is also nonsensical, as:
1) the parents are all (at least of those kids who do end up participating) right there, just ask them to sign whatever you need them to sign right now,
2) it says the students have all signed consent forms except for Amelia, so which consent is actually needed? If it's both, how did it happen that all of the kids signed, but none of the parents did, while all the parents are right there?

Other than that it was a nice story, although some parts felt like AI took part in it, or maybe I'm just having AI paranoia where I end up suspecting everything of being AI... but apart from the weird consent thing I mentioned above it's because of the character's attitude like "strange sense of excitement", as I'd expect there's nothing strange to be excited about such things in such a setting. It makes me think of AI, because whenever I try to explain a setting of casual death to an AI, it keeps saying things like "despite the sadness there was a strange joy too" no matter how many times I tell it to not bring up sadness at all. But maybe that's your vision, I had a similar problem with stories by the author who goes by God.

I expect it to be to nobody's surprise that I especially enjoyed the part with the twins, although maybe their experience could be described in a bit more detail, indeed that wouldn't hurt for most of the deaths, but especially something as fun sounding as meat grinder. But maybe the issue is exacerbated for me specifically, as the cooking details don't do anything for me and I mostly skip them, while for others they can compensate for the lack of details (and specifically the perspective of the dying characters) on deaths themselves.

Oh, and I believe it's spelt Jekyll not Jeckle.
