Honestly, all of these are really fun ideas. Not sure about 5 as much, but it's an interesting concept even still.

Option 1, with enthusiastic participation of the mother, is a lot of fun. I've always really enjoyed the aspect of mother enjoying daughter having sex... or encourages it. Perhaps even giving the daughter to her killer. An option with one... the mother sees a handsome young man enter the other dressing area and then sees him watching?? She tells him that he can have her virginity if he wants it.

The daughter gets a bit incensed by this, "MOMMY!!!" but the idea clearly excites her. The guy is intrigued, and then asks if he can snuff her too. The daughter is shocked, but only because she never thought anyone would want to snuff HER. Mom approves and Daughter isn't given a choice... it's all really an interaction between the man and the mother, the daughter's consent/approval not really taken into account. (Other than the man seeing the look of lust at the idea of it, so it's clear she DOES want it, even if she is protesting during the exchange... but fully engaged once he starts)
Well that went a little over what I'd thought I'd put down. Hopefully it inspires... something. :D

The Fuckstop Jr would be enjoyable as well, especially if it got "traction" and others followed suit. (Other writers or you with additional stories) There is something about the fuck stop setting that is fun, it would be interesting to see one of the masters make a version for the underage.

#3 is really fun. I think it would be an interesting twist if she was deeply embarrassed (as per the prompt) but also deeply aroused by BEING so embarrassed. Since her [I'd prefer brother] knows this, he makes sure to embarrass her even more, humiliating her as he kills her... much to her great arousal and pleasure.

#4 might be fun with him being asked, by the girl and the parents approve, that she not die a virgin, so as she's dying he agrees that since he killed her (by terminal injury) he'd do that for her, it was only fair.
