a school setting was always popular (and actually my favorite) in a snuff world. so premise number 3 sounds great, especially if the family is involved. the fuckstop idea is interesting too, maybe as something like a kiss booth, but without the kissing part. but whatever storyline you choose, i am sure you will write a great story.
