Whe I did the "Meat the Robinsons" manip and used the grade stamp on the upper thigh, I was imagining that in a Dolcett World, all of the meat eligle potential livestock, (both male and female) would need to get meat graded periodically. The meat stamp would use an ink that would wear off over a period of 3 months or so. Also all citizens would get a permanent barcode tatoo to aid the grading and potential havesting processes
