Two women straddle identical machines. Barrel-shaped seats with dildo-tipped metal cones protruding from the top and leg irons chaining their feet to the floor to prevent them from getting up. The mechanisms extend the cones, slowly but inexorably. Each woman holds a button which will stop their machine.

Twist is, whichever woman pressed her button last, having allowed her cone to extend deeper and wider into her, wins. Assuming she wasn’t killed in the process obviously. And the women are hated rivals. Whoever pushes her button first, forfeits whatever the competition is being fought over to the winner. If both women are too stubborn, the competition organizers win by default.
