Well you know what they say about assuming... 😝 But nah, I was just trying to give a plausible-sounding description and I figured being a bit like two other popular meats but not quite like either was the way to go.

I did read an article featuring a description from someone who claimed to have indulged who said it tasted like pork but with the look and texture of beef but, given that this is a story about a girl being a Christmas turkey, it suited me better to liken it to more to poultry! 😁
