>In a world where men are vastly outnumbered and socially more valued than woman, one of said rare men comes across a group of women (a sorority, cheerleading team, a MILF and her multiple daughters, whatever) and makes them an offer, he wants strong and lucky kids so whichever of them is the last standing becomes his bride, the others are the wedding feast.
>Two women straddle identical machines. Barrel-shaped seats dildo-tipped metal rods protruding from the top and leg irons chaining their feet to the floor to prevent them from getting up. The mechanisms extend the rods, slowly but inexorably. Each woman holds a button which will stop their machine. Twist is, whichever woman pressed her button last, having allowed her rod to extend deeper into her, wins. Assuming she wasn’t killed in the process obviously. And the women are hated rivals. Whoever pushes her button first, forfeits whatever the competition is being fought over to the winner. If both women are too stubborn, the competition organizers win by default.
>A predatory plant like MarcusVorenus' Cunnytrap whose whole hunting strategy is aphrodisiac pollen and a bunch of phallic-shaped thorns, so the woman, drugged half out of her mind, is driven to impale herself.

It can’t move itself at all, it needs its victims to feed themselves to it. So tribal amazons use it as a test of willpower, can any woman walk into its presence and muster the will to leave, or even more impressively, fuck it, then leave rather than forcing it deeper into herself for more pleasure until it kills her?
>A woman is trapped by a werewolf’s knot or rakshasa’s spiny feline penis, such that she’s held in place and can’t be pulled off her lover or rapist without disemboweling herself. And her monstrous mate is taking advantage of the situation to eat her alive, bite by bite, like meat on a kebab skewer.
>A predator that feeds like a starfish by inverting its stomach into the hollow body cavity of its victims to digest them from the inside out. Take a starfish, make it bigger and elongate the five arms into outright tentacles. The body is around a foot across, the arms each six feet. Make it green so it seamlessly camouflages itself as forest vines. To hunt, it waits for an unfortunate young lady to blunder into it, than grabs her with its tentacles. One per limb, plus one to wrap around her throat and gag her screams to avoid alerting the rest of her hunting party (cause they tend to lurk in packs). Once it’s holding her, probably having broken or at least dislocated all her limbs with its vastly stronger tentacles, it pulls itself to an orifice and inverts its stomach to digest her alive from the inside out. Preferably her vagina and womb, there’s more meat and no inedible excrement or bile as with her anus or mouth, but they’re pack hunters, so quite plausibly she’s got three attacking her at once, one per orifice and it’s the first one that gets the tastiest first pick.
>The memes about the source of the dress the Ewoks gave Leia being some unfortunate woman who was shipwrecked on Endor and fell afoul of the cannibalistic teddybears. She’s a finely-trained, expensive Twi’lek courtesan whose master was killed along with the rest of the crew when their ship crashed. She’s sure if she finds civilization she can seduce a local to let her borrow a hypercomm and call for pickup and it initially seems to be working as she’s stripped, prodded and oiled, only to discover too late it’s not for an orgy like she expected. She thought they were prodding and smearing oozy material onto her breasts, ass, thighs and lekku because they saw her as a sex object, rather than because they were testing the meat quality and applying marinade. Possibly there’s a bit of unrecognizable meat left over for Leia to unwittingly eat and recognize the flavor of from when Jabba forced her to show off with his his other slave Oola when she arrives as a honored guest rather than a meal herself due to her friendship with the golden god?
