I like what Mac was doing with AI, but editing an existing character image is right at my skill level, so I thought I'd give it a try. 😊

I may have misunderstood where this table should be, but otherwise I think I covered everything that should be in view. Each item is on it's own layer, so if you want any adjustments, like removing the holly from her hands, I should be able to easily do that.
