The post does not offend me at all, my friend, and indeed I thank you for it!

First of all, these points are in no way meant as an excuse to to come across defensive, just to explain my occasional slips:

1) When I am in the "writing zone", all I want to do is write, and having to go back and check things, especially in such a long document, eats into my writing time in a way my creative self finds unacceptable! I have sometimes, however, had to do so. Sometimes I correct things on my file before uploading here, sometimes I catch them when it's too later here but am able to fix them for Pixiv, other times I just don't notice! :P

2) Once something is posted on here, I cannot edit it, so what you see on here is the "raw cut", usually posted within minutes of writing. What ends up on Pixiv is USUALLY a little more polished lol, but not always. When the story is over, I indend to go through and edit it slightly, breaking it into chapters and maybe adding dates to help people follow (The story takes place in 2034 if you're interested!) Then I can replace the existing text in the Pixiv volumes with this updated one so your input is very helpful for that!

Kicking myself about leaving a "Samantha" when I meant Amelia - I have been so used to writing her as the protagonist, I found myself typing her name several times on auto-pilot! Thought I'd caught them all but apparently one slipped through!

Yeah, the ages are a bit screwed up and I need to correct them on my polished version. I just remembered that Samantha was the oldest among her cousins and the approximate ages of the others relative to each other. I'll "Fix that in post" as they say!

Anyway, thanks again for the input! Don't know if you'd be interested in doing some proof-reading for me when it's done? I do have a friend who is happy to help but they cannot make edits so they have to send me a list of corrections needed that I then have to spend a long time searching for, You use Pixiv, right? We can PM on there :)
