It is also available at Wikipedia ( https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:%22Freedom_From_Want%22_-_NARA_-_513539.tif ), though I am not sure if it has a much better quality. The images have both a resolution of 2361x3000 pixel which indeed differ slightly in color. The main difference is the size ‒ JPG 0,9 MB, TIF 20,3 MB.
