PROCESSING CENTERS
Processing Centers are institutional facilities responsible for intake, stabilization, and final Processing.
Despite their function, they resemble luxury hotels rather than prisons.
Rooms are small but comfortable.
Amenities may include:
• pools
• libraries
• game rooms
• visitation areas
The environment is designed to promote psychological acceptance rather than fear.
Citizens enter as people and leave reclassified.

FACILITY DAILY ROUTINE
Processing Centers operate on a structured daily cycle designed to maintain stability, predictability, and behavioral compliance among Animals and facility residents.
Morning Cycle
Animals wake, perform sanitation routines, and receive morning meal service.
Midday Cycle
Animals participate in incentivized work assignments and facility duties where applicable.
Evening Cycle
Recreation periods begin. Family visitation, counseling sessions, and supervised leisure activities occur during this time.
Night Cycle
Facility lockdown procedures activate. Minor Animals enter mandatory sleep cycles. Adult Animals retain limited roaming permission within designated facility areas.

ANIMAL NUTRITION STANDARDS
Processing Centers maintain regulated meal programs for all Animals residing within the facility.
Meals are designed to maintain physical health, emotional stability, and cooperative behavior. Food deprivation is not used as punishment.
Portions are adjusted according to age and physical condition. Minor Animals and Facility Children receive developmentally appropriate meals.
Refusal of food is permitted but monitored. Persistent refusal may trigger counseling or medical observation to ensure the individual remains stable.
Food within the facility is considered communal provision rather than individual property.

FACILITY GARDENS
Many Processing Centers were originally constructed from decommissioned prison complexes.
During modernization efforts, former exercise yards were redesigned into shared outdoor environments.
These spaces now function as facility gardens.
Gardens often include:
• walking paths
• planted greenery
• seating areas
• small recreational equipment for minor Animals
The environment is intended to provide psychological stabilization and allow Animals access to fresh air and sunlight.

PUBLIC ACCESS GATES
Facility gardens frequently connect to controlled public access gates.
Citizens wearing green identification watches may enter designated sections of these outdoor spaces.
However, automated gate systems prevent opening while red-status Animals remain within proximity of the gate sensors.
This mechanism ensures that Animals cannot leave the facility while still allowing supervised public interaction within the shared environment.
