I did once read a story where mainland Europe had legalised cannibalism but not Britain, although "meat-girl chic" had become a fashion here, with girls getting fake meat-stamp temporary tattoos as fashion accessories etc. The story was about a group of young women who go on holiday to Europe and partake in the culture to varying degrees - night clubs where all the women go naked, restaurants where girls are on the menu etc.
