The idea of Riley groping the boy is meant to show his normalised it is for Animals to be touched. That even our main character once took liberties because she was taught early that it wasn't a big deal.

She didn't really think about it much until she was on the recieving end and she basically decides she has no right to complain so she just enjoys it.
