Oh yes, I knew it was transparent. I was just reflecting on the idea (which I really like) that after a lifetime of normalised cannibalism, this is the first time Riley has actually known who she was eating and connecting the meat on her plate with an individual. I was just wondering if meat was relatively plentiful or considered a luxury that most families only had once a week or as a treat?
