Glad to hear it! I'll likely use this thread to post various other short stories that take place in the same universe with the premise of just "bunny girls and boys getting killed."

On that note, Clairs first day at the mansion!

Clair had thought the man, Elias she now knew, had been exaggerating when he said he lived in a mansion. But nope, this was really a mansion. Walking through the door Clair was left awestruck by the high ceilings and expensive looking furniture. She would have run into several walls if Elias hadn’t been guiding her around with his arm around her shoulders.

“Like it?”

“Oh my god yes. I was living in a two bedroom apartment with 6 people before this, this is such a major upgrade!”

“Good to hear, this will be your home now. In here, I asked all the girls to gather in the rec room to meet you.”

He led her into another large room with a bar and a home theater. Ten other bunny girls, all wearing nothing but collars, were spread around the room relaxing. Once they caught sight of Elias and Clair they all stood up and began to crowd around them.

“Ohh she looks cute!”

“Hi! Welcome!”

“I love that dress~ Where’d you get it?”

Clair was getting dizzy as she was bombarded with greetings and questions from all sides. She internally thanked Elias when he stepped in.

“Girls girls, don’t scare her off now”, He chuckled and the surrounding bunnies quieted down with a few ‘sorry’s’. “I know it’s always exciting when someone new comes in. You’ll have plenty of time to get to know Clair while you’re showing her around.” He gave Clair’s shoulder a gentle squeeze, turning to address her. “It’s getting late. I’m sure you must be exhausted. We’ll set you up in Daisy’s room.”

“My room sir?” Daisy, a blonde with pink streaks in her hair, cocked her head to the side as she spoke.

Elias gave a decisive nod, “Yes. Girls, why don’t the rest of you show Clair where she’ll be staying tonight. Daisy, you’ll be joining me in the shed.”

One by one the girls all said their goodbyes to Daisy. One sending her off with a deep, passionate kiss which was only broken apart when Elias cleared his throat. Soon Daisy was led away and Clair was alone with the other girls. One approached, offering her hand out to Clair.

“Clair right? I’m Robin.” Clair accepted the handshake, entranced by Robin’s tan skin and platinum hair. It was clear she spent a lot of time in the sun. “C’mon, we’ll show you your room” Robin grinned at her, “Then we’ll have a little slumber party to welcome you to the mansion.”

~~~
Daisy’s room–Well, her room now she supposed– was larger than what she was used to. There was a balcony and it even had its own bathroom. Clair flopped down on the soft sheets of her new bed. “I think I could sleep forever on a bed like this…”
Another girl, Sam if she recalled, jumped onto the mattress next to Clair. “Don’t fall asleep yet! We got games to play and snacks to eat!” Clair groaned. She had really wanted to sleep. But if she was going to be living with these girls for now she guessed it would be better to make a good first impression. “Alright alright, I guess I can play a few games..”
Sam squealed, pulling Clair with her to where four other girls were sitting in a partial circle on the floor. In the middle laid a revolver.
“What’s the game..?”
“Spin the barrel! It’s like spin the bottle meets russian roulette. A friend showed it to me in college. Why don’t you give the first spin, new girl?”
Sounded simple enough. Clair reached out and with a flick of her wrist the revolver was spinning on the floor. Eventually it landed on a slender girl who had introduced herself as Irene. She placed the muzzle against her temple, holding her breath as she pulled the trigger.
Click.
“Alright Irene! You live to see another day!” Irene smiled, placing the gun back onto the floor and spinning it. This time it landed on Clair. Clair placed the muzzle to her head. Was her first night here already going to be her last?
Click. She sighed, happy. If she had died without getting to sleep in that amazingly comfortable bed she would definitely come back to haunt every girl here.
The next spin landed on Sam. “Ahhhh, oh man, so nervous!”
“C’mon Sam, the game was your idea.”
Sam had a wide grin as she placed the gun to her head. The grin stayed even after the bullet tore through her brain. For a moment she stayed in that position. Sat next to Clair with her hands holding the gun to her head. But like a tree falling her body slowly began to lean until she slumped over onto Clair’s shoulders. The gun falling to the floor with a clatter.
“Well at least she had fun” Clair muttered as she tried and failed to push the body off of her. “Uh, help?”
Irene and Robin stepped in. Robin linked her arms around Sam's torso while Irene grabbed the dead girl's ankles. “We’ll get her to the shed. Clair, you wanna come? Might as well show you where Elias handles the processing”
Clair followed the two as they transported Sams body through the mansion. “So Elias does the butchering himself?”
“Oh yes,” Irene answered, “He takes care of all the slaughtering and cutting up the bodies with his own two hands.” She gave a dreamy sigh, “He’s such a gentleman. I can’t wait til it’s my turn.”
Clair opened a sliding glass door for the two and the three made their way to the side of the house. There stood a building that Clair thought was way too large to be called a shed. When she opened the door the smell of blood and meat filled her lungs. Elias was at a large metal table, sawing the limbs off Daisy’s body. He had removed his shirt and Clair could see every muscle moving as he worked. He was covered in blood and sweat, despite this he wore a smile on his face. The sight did something to Clair and she couldn’t help herself from staring. Elias finally took notice.
“Well hello girls! I thought you would all be in bed by now.”
“We’re having a slumber party,” Robin answered, “Sam wanted to play a variation of russian roulette and well..” The two placed Sam's body on the floor next to the table.
“You girls, always giving me more work to do.” Elias gave a deep, kindly chuckle. He turned to Clair. “They treating you alright honey? You having a good time so far?
“Ah, um, yeah..” Clair had been focused on Daisy. She remembered what Irene had said on the way here. “So how do you kill them?” She wasn’t sure why she wanted to know, why it would matter. Curiosity about what her own death might be like.
Elias glanced back to Daisy's corpse for a moment. “Oh real quick and easy. I could show you. Do we have any volunteers?” Irene immediately jumped up, raising her hand like she was in school. “Me! I’ll help!”
Elias laughed. “Love that kind of enthusiasm. Alright girls over here and I'll show you how I do it.”
A giddy Irene was laid across the table next to Daisy’s body. Elias grabbed a large knife from the sink. Still covered in fresh blood. He rubbed the base of Irene’s ear as he spoke. “I like to make things as quick and painless as I can. After all, I don't want to see my girls suffering.” His hand moved to caress her cheek which she leaned into happily. “Just one, clean strike. Like so.” The hand holding the knife moved and in the blink of an eye the blade was embedded deep into Irene’s head. Her body stiffened for a moment. One soft “oh”, was the last thing she said before her eyes rolled back, and she was gone.
Clair gasped, but not from shock. Elias wiped some of the blood from the blade before tossing it into the sink. “Now both of you get some sleep. There’ll be a lot of work tomorrow, what with Clair’s training and two less warm bodies.”
Elias sent them off to their rooms, but Clair never felt more awake in her life. She imagined, for a moment, herself wrapped in Elias’s strong arms. Him gently stroking his fingers through her hair before plunging that big blade into her brain. She understood Irene’s excitement. She hoped her time would come soon.
