The story is as fascinating as your stories usually are.

I'd like to proofread again but RL still kickes in and so I had to rush through in the short time I've got.
It seems you are also in a hurry because with writing corrections I would still stick at the first week. ;D

But at least I'll point to some calender issues.
- Most notable is the day-of-the-week-slip. The 20th week starts correct with "Monday 13th May 2019" but from "Tuesday 13th May" the names of the days continue while the numbers got an offset of -1.
- Not a real mistake but something to look at: Hannah Milbank lived according to the editor's note from 2011 to 2023. This makes her on Tuesday 30th April 2019 eight (and a third) or seven (and two thirds) years old. Sidney estimates her being six years old. Taking into account that children at this age grow rapidly she would be way behind a normal development or Sidney's ability to judge would be heavily disturbed.

Just to be curious (and really only for this):
I associate the name LaVerne (you wrote it in both common variants, two times with uppercase V and one time with lowercase) on the first hand with a female person of african decent, because most people with this name are that. Of course there are "pink" humans (male and female) and even animals (Judith Laverne Hopps from Zootopia) with this name of French origin, derived from the word "laverna" which means "spring-like" or "like the alder tree.
Not that it matters, but I wonder if you have Mrs Webber intended as someone with darker skin?
