An issue would be they have zero survival skills. If some activist cut the fence and lured them out, most would end up splattered on the first road they came to. Plus their sped-up growth would lead to issues like low bone density etc if they reached maturity and, while they could in theory get pregnant, their fast gestation, even tempered by the DNA of a human male, would likely make the who situation non-viable. I appreciate you were suggesting they spontaniously reproduce with their own clones but that would have the same issues I think.

Now, on the other hand, I can totally see some entrepreneurial soul opening a sort of ranch where they are allowed to grow a little older, say to five years old where they resemble 13-15yos and people can come and arrange to hunt them within the grounds, perhaps some woodland behind the main ranch. The girls would see this as playing "Hide and Seek" and look forward to being picked for the games! Any that "age out" would still be butchered and their meat sold or whole-roasted and served to guests before the hunt :)
