I have to disagree with OP.
I'd much rather Edward Hyde keeps his stories in individual threads.

It would be an absolute pain to have to wade through pages and pages of a single thread to find the relevant story you want to read.
Plus, it's not like his stories are anywhere near being able to be considered spam. They all are of great quality and each is unique.
I for one am thankful of Edward's prolific writing as it's always such a treat to read him, although it's sometimes hard to keep up with all the content.

Secondly, for people who regularly check the forum, there aren't so many threads that it's hard to keep track of new ones.

Now, ideally, we'd be able to have folders and could have multiple threads, one per story, in an author's folder.
But that would require fundamentally changing how this board works.

At the end of the day, it's just a reality that a board like this isn't best suited for writing stories. it is what it is, and that's what we have to deal with.
