Your story is truly fantastic. Yes, the process of deliciously preparing the animals requires plenty of chapters. I’ve really taken a liking to your animals; you’ve given the characters a depth that makes them feel authentic. You make their decision to be turned into a meat dish seem entirely plausible. I can really put myself in their shoes. I’m going to miss them. But good food demands great sacrifices.

What could be better than leaving a troubled life behind, departing this world as the roasted main course at a grand feast, and seeking happiness on another plane of existence? I’m sure I’ll dream about your story someday. We’ll see if I end up being the duck.
