The extent of the influence subscribers have on streamers cannot be assessed in general terms. In my opinion, factors such as age, gender, and life experience play a significant role in such an assessment. I would say that someone who becomes a streamer right after finishing school is more susceptible to influence from their subscribers than a person who starts streaming at the age of 30 or 40. However, the prospect of fame and success is tempting at any age.

As for the soup roleplay—it was intended as an experiment. How would "meat girls" feel in a hot soup? What goes through one's mind in those final moments? I have the ability to run really hot water into the steel bathtub using a water heater (90-liter storage tank for near-boiling water). The tea lights—there were maybe only a hundred of them—maintain the heat, but they don't actually raise the temperature.

My skin was quite red for several hours, but it was interesting. I could actually understand why people would let themselves be prepared as food. As for the soup, it tasted normal—no hint of a human flavor. I was full afterwards. Cleaning the tub took a bit longer, though. :D

As I sat in that soup, I finished thinking through the story about it. And sure enough, I had forgotten a broken doorbell and the tools out in the yard—just as the story recounts. I felt that weaving in a few personal details of my own made it sound a bit more authentic.

In any case, it was quite an experience. I’m so glad I have a sturdy steel bathtub. And you really do get used to water—or soup—that’s too hot over time.
