No doubt, you all knew this story already from having your own mama tell it to you, but I would bet that she censored it quite a bit, seeing that she likely wasn't as sex-crazed as that recklessly nymphomaniacal MILF in the story. Honestly, I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if the only version you heard was that very tame old song, which went something like this:

Ten little monkeys jumping on the bed,
One fell off and bumped her head.
Mama called the doctor, and the doctor said,
