Anyway, feel free to write some story beats/snippets for the images. If you don't know what's going on, just CSI it as best you can.

Example: Image 3 her throat was sliced, silencing her screams, the injury clearly stretching her neck as her torso's weight pulled on what little flesh remained to connect her head and limbless body.

Image 4 shows her body with its vertebrae exposed and pulled out, clearly a result of having her neck slashed while hanging.
