They didn't exactly become friends but they chat from time to time, like neighbours.

Their hands are not tied 24/7 but someone can tie them if they want and they only get untied when someone untie them, they also can't really move their bodies just their arms and legs. It's a bit different for Jinx since she works on the stuffed heads, but yeah, she likes to play when she can ;)

Caitlyn doesn't "welcome" it but she accepts with no issues. Maddie screams her lungs out and beg her to stop.

And yeah, they are brutal with everyone ;)
