Looking for a 10 years old story. It was similar to DPMaster's "Creme Brulee'" the recipe involved injecting steam into the breasts to melt the fat, draining the liquid fat out, and then replacing it with a mixture of some sort (I don't recall if it was a ground meat mix or something else, but it did involve various savory spice, I believe). The breasts were then cooked (baked/roasted/grilled?), and eaten still attached
