After a lot of thought I've decided to drop a couple of my little story ideas here and hope they find a good home. Despite all the guro writing I've done, I honestly have a fairly low tolerance for gore and torture, and I just can't seem to think of a way of telling these stories so that I would enjoy reading or writing them.

The central idea of both stories is that giving birth normally carries a risk of the mother dying in labor, but if you make birth physically impossible, that risk becomes a guarantee. Here are two different ways to achieve this extremely slow, agonizing death.


The King's Coronation
Set in medieval times. About 7-8 months prior to his coronation, the king impregnated several girls. During the girls' second trimester, he ordered the court physician to cut out the girls' birth canals, and sew shut their cunt and cervix. On the first day of the coronation, the court physician forced the heavily pregnant girls to drink a potion, which sent the girls' bodies into labor. Since there was no hole to push the baby through, each of the girls spent the rest of the week-long celebration screaming and writhing in agony, until one by one their bodies gave in to the strain and they died, entertaining the guests at the coronation.
Notes:
'Coronation' can mean either the day a royal is crowned, or it can mean the anniversary of that date.
The ages and social status of the victims could be adjusted to change the flavor of the story. I'm partial to the idea of the girls being the teenage princesses, but naked slave girls could also be fun.


Birth Control
Set in the modern day, where a cult leader requires that all girls have "birth control" installed at puberty. This consisted of a metal ring, like a bracelet, to be surgically inserted around the girl's birth canal. The ring would be large enough that it would not interfere with sex, but much too small for a baby to pass through, so getting pregnant would be possible but giving birth would not. This would be done to "ensure that the maidens remain pure". The main character would be a young woman who grew up in the cult, but was rescued / escaped. Soon, she falls in love and gets a boyfriend, who was not from the cult. The first time they have sex, he asks if it is safe to cum inside her, and she says "I'm on birth control," so he cums in her. From the pov of a girl who grew up in a misogynistic cult where birth control pills are always referred to as "chemical conception control", she thought he had understood that it might kill her, and did not care. Nine months later, the boyfriend still does not understand why the girl is so distraught about the impending birth, until she dies a gory death, after pressure of the baby against the metal ring destroys her cunt.
Alt version: the girl never leaves the cult, and the pregnancy is a kind of capital punishment for some transgression against the cult leader.

I'm sure there are many other stories which could be told about a guaranteed fatal pregnancy. I haven't seen this idea before, so I really hope someone takes this idea and writes a proper story or two, but it's not going to be me.
